Share the story of your child's hero, and we'll mail your child a free youth shirt and sticker pack. No cost, no purchase needed.

Who it's for

Kids age 3 to 17 whose parent or grandparent is fallen, missing (MIA), a former POW, serving now, or a veteran. Any branch, any era, any job.
A parent or legal guardian applies. A grandparent or other family member can apply with the parent's or guardian's OK.
U.S. addresses only during the pilot (APO/FPO is fine). One kit per child, up to 3 kids per household per round.
No DD-214 or paperwork needed. We trust families.

How it works

A parent or guardian fills out the form below with a few sentences about the hero.
We pick 10 kids a month for the 3-month pilot, by draw, never by "best story." Gold Star, MIA and POW families go first if a round fills up.
Each kit has a youth shirt with the blue flame, a sticker pack and a card. We email every family either way, and applications not picked roll over to the next round.

Our privacy promise

Only adults fill out this form. We never collect information from children.
We ask only for your child's first name, age and shirt size. No last name, birthday, school or photo of your child.
Your story stays private unless you check a sharing box. Keeping it private never affects selection.
We use your information only to choose and ship kits. We delete addresses and private stories 90 days after shipping, and remove anything you ask us to. Email info@eternalvigil.com.

Sharing choices (all optional)

Every box here is optional. Leaving them all unchecked keeps your story private, and it won't affect selection.

Keep it private. Please don't share our story or photo anywhere. You may share our hero's story on the Eternal Vigil website and social media. You may share the hero photo I uploaded. You may use my child's first name when sharing. (We never share last names, schools, or locations.) I may send a photo of my child in the shirt later, and you may share it. (We'll ask again before posting.) You may feature our story on the Eternal Vigil military storytelling channel. (We'll contact you first.)

Not tax-deductible. Eternal Vigil Flag Co. is an LLC, not a nonprofit. Sponsorships go toward Little Flames kits (shirts, stickers, and shipping). Eternal Vigil is a for-profit LLC, and sponsor money is not held in a separate charitable fund. We also set aside $2 from every shirt sold for Little Flames.
